It is very unlikely that any of the sunflowers will make it to bloom in August as we had initially hoped. We understand that this news is upsetting. We wanted nothing more than to have the sunflowers bloom next month. Unfortunately, some things are out of our control. It is important to remember that planting them does not mean that they will bloom. We are dependent on environmental factors, just like any crop. As some of you know, the dear ate them before they could bloom two years ago. Please check here or social media for information before planning your trip to the park.
