Professional Photography & Videography

In order to keep Windsor Castle Park picture perfect, it is important to provide funding for the staff and maintenance dollars it takes to keep this venue looking great. Your purchase of a photography pass helps to provide that funding and we appreciate every pass that is purchased.  

1. Please read Professional Photography Policies
2. If you are wanting to use the Manor House Grounds (including yard and barnyard) then you must check to ensure that your date is not blacked out on the calendar.
3. After you have settled on a date please proceed to the registration form.
4. A Square invoice for credit card payment will be sent to your email.  Payment will be due the day after your photo session.

Policies

1. All professional photography will now require a photography pass.
2. This pass is only good for the exterior grounds and park. 
   • See Manor House Photography Rentals for interior photography options. 
3. Each pass is good for one day of photography in the park. If you need more than one day, you will need to purchase more than one pass. 
4. Check the calendar below for blackout dates.
   1. Blackout dates are subject to change when a new event books.
   2. When you fill out the registration form there will be an option for date selection.
5. If you are interested in doing a film shoot in the park please email: [email protected].
6. We do not allow confetti, seeds, artificial petals, powder canons or any other items that can hurt the park's natural environment anywhere in the park. 
7. We do not allow drones anywhere in the park. ​
8. When using the Manor House exterior, please remember this is a working venue and park office. The staff may ask you to relocate temporarily if the area is needed to conduct business. 
9. Please be respectful of park goers, staff and other photographers. 
10. If you are photographing a large party that will need to park more than 6 cars at the park, then please reach out to [email protected] to determine best place for parking that day,  
11. Please have a screenshot or a printed copy of your confirmation/receipt available during your session.
12. Daily passes are good for the use of the park as is. If you would like to use any props, you will need to contact the Site Manager for approval: [email protected]  
13. Elopements are not included with the photography pass.
