Do I need an ABC Permit?

• If you are planning to have alcohol you WILL NEED to obtain a Banquet License from ABC and provide us with a copy.
• If you are not providing alcohol but there is a chance that your guests will bring it then you WILL NEED to obtain a Banquet License and provide us with a copy. The Banquet License covers BYOB and will ensure that your guests can bring in their own alcohol.
• If you are not providing alcohol and you know that your guest will not bring their own then you DO NOT NEED to obtain an ABC license. In the event that one of your guests brings alcohol they will not be allowed to bring it into the venue or consume it on park property.
