Dog Park Rules & Registration
It is our sincere hope that you and your four-legged friends enjoy the Bark Park in the beautiful surroundings of Windsor Castle Park, however, if you wish to use the registered side of the Bark Park then you must complete the process below. All owners/handlers must read and agree to abide by the dog park rules which are available as a download in the link below.
SMITHFIELD & ISLE OF WIGHT COUNTY RESIDENTS ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE
$10.00 for the first dog, $5.00 for each additional dog
NON-RESIDENT ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE
$15.00 for the first dog, $10.00 for each additional dog
TO REGISTER YOUR DOG
Download and complete the "DOG PARK REGISTRATION AND WAIVER FORM" below take it to the town offices at 310 Institute Street, Monday through Friday from 9:000 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Town of Smithfield, P.O. Box 246, Smithfield, VA 23431.
Registration Forms are also available at 310 Institute Street, or can be downloaded from town's website: www.smithfieldva.gov.
